Summary: QuickCalc+ is a privacy-first calculator. Your calculations are yours alone. We don't want your data, we don't collect your data, and we can't access your data.
Information We Do NOT Collect
QuickCalc+ is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do NOT collect:
- Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics
- Crash reports
- Any data about your calculations
Information Stored Locally
All data in QuickCalc+ is stored locally on your device only:
- Calculation History: Saved locally using iOS UserDefaults
- Currency Exchange Rates: Cached locally for offline use
- User Preferences: App settings stored on device
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Network Usage
The App makes network requests only for:
- Currency Exchange Rates: Fetches current exchange rates from exchangerate-api.com
- This is optional and the App works fully offline with cached rates
- No personal information is sent with these requests
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service:
- ExchangeRate-API: Provides currency exchange rate data
- Only anonymous requests for exchange rate data are made
