is stored only on your device using iOS standard UserDefaults and local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the export feature.

The app provides an optional data export feature that allows you to backup your data as a JSON file. This export:

Is initiated only by you
Creates a file on your device
Does not upload to any server
Is entirely under your control

Notifications

FocusFlow uses local notifications to alert you when a focus session or break is complete. These notifications:

Are processed entirely on your device
Do not require internet connection
Do not collect any data

Third-Party Services

FocusFlow does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We have no partnerships with data collectors.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by:

Your device's passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
